Executive Director of the Foundation Speaks at the Seminar of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Heads of Educational and Scientific Organizations on the Ad

On 11 July, Evgeniy Mokhovikov, Executive Director of the Aurora-Ala Corporate Foundation, spoke at the National Center for the Development of Higher Education at a meeting devoted to the Law on Target Capital Funds and Endowment Funds.

Evgeniy described the history of the Foundation's work and the advantages Kazakhstan offers foreign investors (universities and social organizations) planning to establish an endowment fund in Central Asia. In his address, he also touched on the near-term prospects for the development of Kazakhstan's endowment sector, including, of course, the financial market, as well as possible approaches to the professionalization of endowment fund staff.
